Copyright and content notices

Kindness Experiences respects creators' rights. Some listings may contain information supplied by third parties. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice by email to info@kindnessgrid.com or by mail to:

Kindness Grid
c/o A Registered Agent, Inc.
8 The Green, Ste A
Dover, DE 19901

Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. For multiple works, a representative list is enough.
• The URL or other information that lets us locate the content you want reviewed.
• Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We review notices and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to disputed content. We may share a notice with the person who supplied the content so they can respond. Please do not include information you do not want shared with that person.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to info@kindnessgrid.com identifying the removed content and its former URL, with your signature, name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the required statement that you consent to federal court jurisdiction and accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent. We may restore content only under the applicable notice-and-counter-notice process.

Repeat infringement

Accounts or sources repeatedly found to post infringing material may lose the ability to contribute content. We review repeat-infringer cases and keep records of notices and actions taken.

Do not use this page for booking requests. Experiences requests are reviewed by a person; nothing is booked or charged through this site.
